How long will it take to receive my order?
We work with manufacturers across the world to source exclusive pricing. This results in all our orders being shipped to you from across the world. Sometimes this means that your order will arrive in separate packages. However we do ensure we can track our orders for your extra piece of mind.
Yet because your products are coming from so far away they often take 2-3 weeks to arrive after they have been processed. Most of the time our products will arrive a lot sooner, but we want you to be aware this is out of our control!
Where is my order?
Once shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number. For questions about your order please contact our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
How do I cancel my order?
We try to submit your order as soon as it is made. If after placing your order however, you realise you’ve made a mistake or no longer want the order please reach out to us at email@example.com as soon as possible. If you order has already been processed and shipped it is unfortunately too late to cancel your order. Please refer to our Returns Policy for further information.
What is your Return Policy?
At Sojurney we strive to provide you with unique and quality products to enhance your journey. Our returns policy lasts for 20 days. Within this timeframe we are able to work with our manufacturers to make arrangements. After 20 days of delivery we unfortunately, cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
How can I return my item?
Please contact our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to the 20 day return limit. To be eligible for return your item must be unworn, undamaged, in its original condition and packaging. In your email please provide the following:
- proof of purchase/receipt
- picture of your item
- reason for return
Select sale items are not eligible for return. Other items such as bathing suits and undergarments are also not eligible for return. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Return shipping costs are non-refundable and currently not included our services. If determined to be eligible, please ship your item to the address provided below:
